Guarantee on all purchases.
Returns must be returned within 30 days in
original packaging and in new, resalable
condition.
Refunds will be for the purchase price only
minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of
receipt of returned merchandise.
Refunds will be processed with the same form of
payment you made while purchasing the item(s).
Customers are responsible for all shipping
charges and must return the item(s) back to our
address.
Prior to returning any
item we require that you inform us so that the
return goes as smoothly as possible.
Exchanges:
Happy Nursery does allow exchanges in most
situations.
Customers are responsible for the shipping
charges of returning the product.
Customers will also be charged return shipping
for the new item at the normal shipping rate.
Customers will be responsible for the difference
in price if the exchanged item price is more.
Customers will be credited the difference in
price if the exchanged item price is less.

customers are responsible for any and all
customs, duties and related fees. In the event
of default of fees, we will be authorized to
bill the credit card on file or invoice said
charges.
Customers within the United States must choose a
shipping option under 'choose below' or the
order will not ship. Minimum shipping is $5. We do not ship for free
unless otherwise posted on the item page.
